This comics-format title covers the basic events of Robinson's life, from birth to death. While the book depicts his strength against adversity and describes his accomplishments, it skips too quickly over the history of segregation and racism. Distracting boxes containing the large-font text crowd the pages, and many of the illustrations look unfinished. Reading list, timeline. Glos., ind.
