As depicted in Piano Musicians, the piano musician Peter Rublev was invited by the nobility in Alba street to play music at the wedding ceremony for his daughter. The bride thought the musician is a guest and musician and talked with him about music. When she knew that Rublev is just musician hired by his father, she ran away immediately. The musician felt he was insulted and was kicked out. The novel reflected the encountering of common laborers in unfair society. Misery is the representative work of the writer's short novels and touted by Leo Tolstoy as the first class work. As depicted in the novel, the only son of the coachman, the protagonist, died unfortunately. He was so sad, but he had to drive his coach in the snow to feed himself by enduring his pain. He wanted to complain, but nobody wanted to listen to him. He had to talk with his horse by entering the stable. This showed the inconstancy of human relationships in tsarist Russia.)
